Company history of AGST Draht & Biegetechnik GmbH
AGST Draht & Biegetechnik GmbH can now look back on 30 years of history. The family-run company was founded in 1993 under the name AGST (Aggerstahl) and is now one of the leading suppliers of stainless steel wire in Europe. In the following we would like to introduce you to some milestones from the company's history in the form of a company chronicle. 30-year company anniversary
AGST Draht & Biegetechnik GmbH becomes the owner of the AGST brand name
2022
2021
The construction of the high-bay warehouse was completed. The storage capacity increases to 2000 tons
2019
The third hall has been completed and the warehouse now has a total capacity of 1500 tons
2018
25th company anniversary & start of construction of the third hall
Start of own production of wire bending parts

20th company anniversary

Michael Hölzer becomes the new managing director
2006
First certification of the processes according to ISO 9001
The second warehouse is being completed

Start of cooperation with the French machine manufacturer Groupe Numalliance. 10 year company anniversary.

First participation in the Wire trade fair (today's Wire & Tube) in Düsseldorf

The first apprentice starts his apprenticeship at AGST

The current company building on Overather Strasse in Engelskirchen is erected.

Today's AGST Draht & Biegetechnik GmbH is founded under the name AGST (Aggerstahl) in Engelskirchen by Bernd Hölzer
